Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning models and AI systems.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for AI products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business goals into robust technical solutions.
- Research and integrate emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Optimize existing algorithms to enhance processing speed and reduce computational costs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow/Keras.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models at scale.
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
