Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of supporting 10x user growth by 2026.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and deployment of next-gen transformer models, ensuring low-latency inference and high accuracy.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, identifying emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and federated learning.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and data scientists on best practices in deep learning and MLOps.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our core platform.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Innovation: Proven track record of delivering innovative AI solutions that have had a measurable impact on business metrics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
