Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Agents: Design and implement sophisticated multi-agent systems that leverage LLMs for autonomous decision-making.
- Orchestration Frameworks: Build scalable pipelines using LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks to manage agent lifecycles.
- Memory & Context: Develop advanced vector storage and retrieval mechanisms to ensure long-term context retention and learning.
- Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Engineer high-precision prompts and fine-tune models for specific industry verticals.
- System Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and internal tools into agent workflows seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- AI Frameworks: Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic workflows.
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex agent logic and handle hallucination mitigation strategies.
