Responsibilities
- Lead the animation process for high-end 2D motion graphics, character animation, and storyboards.
- Create fluid keyframes and in-betweens using industry-standard software (Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate, or Cinema 4D Lite).
- Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to ensure visual storytelling aligns with client objectives.
- Refine and polish animation assets to ensure high-fidelity output across various media formats.
- Mentor and provide feedback to junior animators to foster professional growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest 2D animation trends and techniques to keep our work ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional timing, spacing, and character performance.
- Experience with storyboarding and pre-production workflows.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
