Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and displays to ensure products are well-organized, visible, and attractively presented.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and back-of-house areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Reliable attendance and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency with technology and basic computer systems.
