Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, providing product recommendations and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register using the POS system.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and ensuring stock levels are optimal.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and support store operations during peak hours.
- Brand Representation: Uphold company standards and represent the brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Technology: Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld devices or POS terminals.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
