Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a superior shopping experience from the moment they arrive.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling returns.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure the store is organized and visually appealing.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide detailed information about features and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all shoppers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
