Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns efficiently.
- Stock shelves and display merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Process returns, exchanges, and manage inventory counts as needed.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, tidy, and safe for all shoppers.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the sales floor comfortably.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new retail software quickly.
