Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening and weekend hours (4 PM - 10 PM weekdays, 10 AM - 6 PM weekends)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Must be available for evenings (minimum 3 shifts/week) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
