Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing product recommendations and detailed information.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and price changes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
- Monitor stock levels and alert management when items need reordering.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Willingness to cross-train in different departments.
