- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising to create compelling displays that drive sales
- Manage inventory through stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counting
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety protocols during all operating hours
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in product training to maintain expertise on current offerings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Valid Florida driver's license (for potential inventory transport)
