Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store displays
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Support team with daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
- Participate in evening floor walks and customer assistance rotations
Qualifications
- No experience required - full training provided
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and comfort with technology
- Team player with positive attitude
