Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selections and sizing recommendations
- Process transactions accurately through POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Stock, organize, and maintain visually appealing displays throughout the store
- Answer product inquiries and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates strongly encouraged
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability for evening shifts (primarily 4 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
