Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product recommendations and styling assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, floorsets, and window displays
- Support inventory management through receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues and maintaining store cleanliness
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay current on trends and promotions
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and inventory

- Reliable transportation to downtown Seattle location
