Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional service throughout the shopping experience
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit card payments
- Maintain organized, visually appealing store displays and merchandise presentation
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and price verification
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations and store cleanliness
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during all shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and approachable, friendly demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
