Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems and process transactions efficiently while maintaining cash accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Assist in inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Support loss prevention measures and adhere to company security policies
- Participate in training programs to develop product expertise and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build customer rapport
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for store errands)
