Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Assist in training new associates on brand standards and procedures

Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- High school diploma or equivalent required
