Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized assistance and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stock rotation and floor organization
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Passion for fashion and retail customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
