Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create engaging store displays
- Conduct inventory counts and participate in stock replenishment processes
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized, clean sales floor
- Uphold loss prevention protocols and store safety standards
- Actively participate in paid training modules to master retail operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays
- Passion for customer service and teamwork
