Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain store visual standards including merchandising and cleanliness
- Participate in paid training programs covering sales techniques and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – paid training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
