Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and issue resolution
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling standards
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure store cleanliness and visual standards
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, counting, and documenting shipments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store operations
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, loss prevention, and merchandising
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – PAID TRAINING provided for all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn new processes
