Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to maximize sales appeal
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and safety throughout the sales floor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4 weeks, paid at $15/hour)
