Responsibilities
- Utilize provided tablets and scanners to manage inventory, process transactions, and track sales data
- Deliver personalized customer service using our digital customer profiling tools
- Operate point-of-sale systems with integrated payment processing equipment
- Organize and maintain visually appealing displays using our display kits and signage
- Train on and use our CRM system to build customer relationships
- Collaborate with team members using our shared communication devices
- Ensure equipment is maintained and reported for any technical issues
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable learning and using new technology (tablets, scanners, POS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Reliable transportation to our Greensboro location
