Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately
- Manage inventory including stock replenishment, markdowns, and visual merchandising
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and organize displays according to brand guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including cash handling and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving required for store errands)
