Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide a positive, helpful shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handling transactions and returns.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store is organized and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management processes.
- Assist with store maintenance, including cleaning and organizing the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and pricing.
