Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized assistance and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Merchandise and organize displays to create visually appealing store layouts
- Conduct inventory counts and participate in stock replenishment processes
- Assist in store operations including opening/closing procedures and safety compliance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and inventory
