Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering questions and providing product recommendations to meet their needs.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and inventory is up to date.
- Point of Sale: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, handling payments and returns.
- Merchandising: Restock shelves, fold merchandise, and ensure signage is correct to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store manager and team members to achieve sales goals and operational targets.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
