Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and friendly interactions
- Operate POS systems efficiently, handling cash transactions and returns accurately
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Process shipments and ensure proper product display
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures when scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
