Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and professional environment for all customers, answering questions and assisting with product selection.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Stocking & Inventory: Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise efficiently to ensure product availability.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Merchandising: Assist in setting up displays and promotional areas to drive sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and reach overhead.
