Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, making personalized recommendations, and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by organizing merchandise, replenishing stock, and following merchandising standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, handling cash, credit, and gift card transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and safe for all customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
