Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling recommendations, and upselling techniques
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorsets, displays, and inventory management
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Contribute to store operations through stock rotation, inventory counts, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for luxury retail
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
