Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized checkout stations
- Execute merchandising standards including stock replenishment and visual displays
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Contribute to store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
