Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and display areas to maintain optimal inventory levels and visual appeal.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment at all times.
- Monitor product inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to enhance customer loyalty.
- Support promotional events and store marketing activities as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
