Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, answering questions about products and services to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise displays are accurate.
- Sales Support: Process transactions efficiently at the point of sale (POS), handle returns and exchanges, and actively contribute to sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock receiving, and organization to ensure product availability.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and cash handling protocols.
- Remote Coordination: Communicate effectively with store management via digital platforms for scheduling and reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills required for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Technology: Comfortable using computer systems and point-of-sale technology.
