Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing product recommendations and answering inquiries.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by organizing displays and ensuring product availability.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and receiving shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
