Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and virtual customer service via chat/email support
- Process transactions accurately using our integrated POS and e-commerce systems
- Manage inventory through remote digital tools and physical stock checks
- Assist with digital merchandising and online product catalog updates
- Train on remote sales techniques while supporting in-store operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize omnichannel experiences
- Maintain store visual standards and cleanliness during in-store shifts
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Proficient with digital tools (Slack, Shopify, inventory software)
- Strong written communication skills for remote customer interactions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid CA driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with omnichannel retail operations preferred
