Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using our integrated POS system with remote access capabilities
- Assist with inventory management including stock counts and replenishment via mobile app
- Support digital initiatives through virtual consultations and online order fulfillment
- Uphold visual merchandising standards while adapting to hybrid display environments
- Collaborate with team members through virtual meetings and shared digital platforms
- Contribute to sales targets by identifying upsell opportunities across channels
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with digital tools and comfort with remote work technology
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage customers in-person and virtually
