Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Support visual merchandising initiatives including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise while maintaining stockroom standards
- Participate in store events and community engagement activities
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols throughout all operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Knowledge of sustainable retail practices a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
