Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stock replenishment and floor styling
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and maintain store presentation
- Support inventory management through stockroom organization and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Attention to detail and commitment to brand standards
- Pittsburgh residency preferred (local knowledge a plus)
