Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale system.
- Organize, merchandise, and maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor and stockrooms.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and price changes.
- Answer phone inquiries and support other store operations as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
