Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to drive sales.
- Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Efficiently ring up purchases, process various payment methods, and handle returns or exchanges accurately.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked. Ensure product displays are appealing and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and performing regular inventory counts to ensure product availability.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
