- Store Operations: Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems, handling cash and digital payments.
- Cash Management: Reconcile daily sales, manage the cash drawer, and report discrepancies to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Basic Math: Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
