Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, visually appealing sales floor.
- Process returns and exchanges while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Assist with inventory counts, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Familiarity with retail technology and POS systems is a plus.
