Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all clients.
- Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Proactively promote store loyalty programs and assist in upselling products to meet sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and organization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with handheld scanners.
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
