Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays per company standards
- Assist with inventory management including stock counts and replenishment
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold store cleanliness, safety protocols, and loss prevention policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
