Your Mission
As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand. We are looking for someone who loves to help others and enjoys staying active.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor upon entering the store and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by keeping merchandise organized, shelves stocked, and the store environment clean and welcoming.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, store policies, and provide recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock counts, tagging new arrivals, and organizing back-of-house areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or 18+ as per local labor laws) with a valid work permit.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably to assist with stock or customer needs.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions and making accurate change.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable personality.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
