Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering their questions about merchandise.
- Operate the cash register accurately, process payments, and handle returns/exchanges.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs to be replenished.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized and welcoming for every shopper.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
