Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and making purchases.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
