Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Maintain organized, visually appealing store displays and merchandise presentation
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock and tracking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and safety protocols at all times
- Actively participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
