Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting shoppers and assisting with product inquiries
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Organize and maintain store appearance, including restocking shelves and cleaning displays
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and receiving shipments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and store policies at all times
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required - we provide full training!
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
